Waiting on Wednesday [71]

Waiting on Wednesday is a weekly meme, hosted by Breaking the Spine, that spotlights upcoming releases that we’re eagerly awaiting.

There are so many books I’m excited about, so I’ll definitely keep doing Waiting on Wednesday. With that said, here’s my pick that I can’t wait for.

Title: Taming Him
Author: Kennedy Fox
Publisher: Kennedy Fox Books, LLC
Publication date: January 30, 2018
Summary (via Goodreads): Introducing book 1 in the Bishop Brothers Series from a duo of romance authors who teamed up under the *USA Today* Bestselling pseudonym, Kennedy Fox!

Alex Bishop is your typical cowboy.
Charming, sexy, panty-melting smirk.
His days on the ranch built his solid eight-pack and smoking body. He’s every girl’s wet fantasy. Oh, and he knows it too.
He doesn’t play by the rules of a playboy bachelor. He wines and dines his dates before giving them the best night of their lives, but he always sends flowers and calls the next day–Even if it’s to say, let’s just be friends. His mama taught him manners after all and this southern blood knows what being a gentleman is all about. Still, that isn’t enough to tame the wildest of the Bishop brothers.

River Lancaster has finally met the man of her dreams. Too bad after six months of romance bliss, she finds out he’s married. With a broken heart and blind rage, she books herself a ticket to Key West, Florida. She’s tired of cheaters and liars and is set on escaping to forget he ever existed. Who needs a man when there’s an all you can drink margarita bar, anyway?
That’s what she thinks until she bumps into just the right guy who can make all those memories disappear.

Two weeks on the beach is just what they both need. No strings attached, no expectations, no broken hearts. Too bad the universe has other plans–One that’ll change the entire course of their lives in just nine short months.

*A contemporary romance with a little southern drama. Each book features a different Bishop brother and can be read as a complete standalone.*

Why I Chose This Book:

I just love this cover! Don’t you? I enjoyed the first Kennedy Fox duet I read (Travis and Viola), and I can’t wait to read more from this duo of authors. I might try to read the second duet (Drew and Courtney) before this book comes out. The cover reveal with a giveaway, and more details, can be found here from earlier this week.

What upcoming releases are you most excited about?
