Stacking the Shelves

Stacking the Shelves is a weekly meme hosted by Tynga’s Reviews. Stacking the Shelves is about sharing the books you’re adding to your shelves. You can include books you buy in a physical store or online, books your borrow from the library or friends, review books, gifts and eBooks.

I bought some books from Amazon and BookOutlet this week. I went to the library and picked up some more books. I also got a few more Netgalley approvals. Finally, I won a pre-order copy of Truthwitch and I’m posting all the books I won from the YA Scavenger Hunt that I forgot to post last week. I won the prize for the Purple Team! I’ve already gotten several books in the mail so far.

With that said, here are the books I’ve bought, borrowed, and received this past week:

  1. Wow, what an amazing haul – I don’t know how you’ll choose where to start with this lot! So many books that look great. I haven’t read the Throne Of Glass series but heard so much about it, will be interested to see what you think. Shatter Me also looks great. And I see you got the first Harry Potter – if you haven’t read this already I’d definitely recommend it! A great series to read around Christmas, I’m thinking of re-reading soon too 🙂 Will have to check out that Hogwarts Library book too. Enjoy!

    1. Thanks Emma! I don’t know either! I’ve read the novellas (The Assassin’s Blade) and Throne of Glass. I haven’t read the rest of the series yet, but I love it so far. You should definitely check it out. I’ve been wanting to read the Shatter Me books for quite a bit now, so maybe I’ll read them soon. I’ve read the whole Harry Potter series multiple times. I just wanted to get the illustrated copy because I saw some photos, and it looked BEAUTIFUL! Thanks, I will 🙂

    1. Thanks! I went a little overboard but oh well. Books are totally worth it. It does look pretty amazing from the photos I’ve seen. It wasn’t in stock when I bought it, so I hope I get my copy soon 🙂
